Richard Walters (born 27 June 1982 in Oxford) is an English singer-and multi-instrumentalist. Ex Theremin (Shifty disco Records) frontman, released his first solo Ep in May 2004 on Beard Museum Records. "Umbrella songs" produced by Andy Lovegrove which received lovely reviews the world over and caught the attention of Nic Harcourt, presenter of cult Los Angeles radio show 'Morning becomes eclectic' on KCRW. A new 5 track ep - 'Pilotlights' - will be released in Febuary 2007 on Big Scary Monsters Recordings
